The original recipe of Noilly Prat Dry White was developed in 1813 by Joseph Noilly in southern France and is one of the most famous Vermouths in the world.

For this product, two of the best known grape varieties of France are used: **Picpoul and Clairette. These white grape varieties are aged in two types of barrels and mixed with chamomile, coriander, bitter orange and nutmeg.

In 2011, this French Vermouth was awarded the San Francisco World Spirits Competition bronze medal.
