Highland Park Dragon Legends shows off their peaty elements cleanly and clearly, alongside sweeter hints from the sherry-cask-matured portion of the expression. 

Nose: Cut grass, roasted vanilla pod and a hint of mulled wine. 

Palate: A robust core of heather-y, earthy smoke arrive straight away, with peppercorn, mince pie and oily malt in tow. 

Finish: Notes of dried citrus and toasted barley linger, but the finish doesn't drag on too long
