Here we have the second chapter in Glengoyne’s ‘Legacy’ series. It celebrates a significant landmark in the distillery’s history, when Cochrane Cartwright struck upon a slower distillation process, and sherry-cask maturation. Expect a lot of complex sweetness in the nose and palate, with banana, peaches and maple syrup all combining with sharp lime and mint.
