The Bladnoch Distillery was founded in 1817 by the brothers John and Thomas McClelland in. Located in the Scottish Lowlands, the Distillery is the southernmost distillery in Scotland. Newer iterations of Bladnoch Single Malt Scotch Whisky are typically light, grassy and malty Lowland-style whiskies.

The Liora is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and new oak casks, this brand-new expression from Bladnoch shows the very pretty distillery style: sweet, floral and orchard fruity. The new oak brings rich vanilla and toasted flavours, with caramelised apple and freshly cut wood. Bottled at a strength of 52.2%, selected by their Master Distiller.
