The Amrut Spectrum 004 was aged initially matured in ex-Bourbon oak for three years in the Amrut Bangalore warehouse. It was then transferred to a custom made barrel consisting of five different varieties of oak for a furthet duration of maturation for three and half years. American oak with level three charring, French Oak with a soft toasting, new Spanish oak, an ex Oloroso Sherry stave and an ex ? Pedro Ximenez Sherry stave.

The result is a whisky that is innovative and complex and very well balanced. Bottled at 50% ABV with only 6000 bottles available to the entire world.
