Produced at the Eigashima - White Oak distillery, Akashi Single Malt 4 year old White Wine Cask was aged 3 and a half year in cognac barrels and then matured for 10 months in Japanese white wine barrels from the Akashi vineyard located in the Yamanashi region.

Neither colorful nor cold filtered, its rather round nose expressing woody aromas and notes of red fruit is strengthened on the palate with in addition intense notes of tannins and dried fruits and a balanced finish.
